Shoom Inc. was formed in late 2000 by combining the Digital Services Division of TransData International, Inc. (TDI), with Shoom.net, LLC, an Internet web site developer. During the last five years, the personnel forming this new business have created numerous Web sites and Web-based applications designed to reduce transaction costs and make print advertising easier.
